This Kid Can Hyperfocus by Patty DeDurr paints hyperfocus in a positive light that helps children and family celebrate an amazing trait often undervalued.
Book Review: Tainted Lionheart by Christine Weimer
One of the first poetry books I purchased was the award-winning debut collection Tainted Lionheart by Christine Weimer. This book…this book…changed the way I saw myself as a writer, a woman, and a mother, indefinitely.

If you’re looking for a historical mystery to curl up to this winter, add Rising Water by Casandra Chesser to your list.
Scattered & Breaking: The dystopian addiction continues.
Scattered & Breaking is the second book in a series written by the talented Natalie Camarratta. If you haven’t read Falling & Uprising, STOP, DROP, and ROLL on out. There are spoilers ahead.
